WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our product warranty does not cover damage caused by use for purposes inconsistent with the product's intended purpose or design, improper care, unauthorised repair, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, normal wear and tear, including the natural breakdown of materials over prolonged periods of time, abrasion, misuse, alteration, a buse, taking apart of the product, or if applicable, breakage (when such breakage is not due to a manufacturing defect) and any other incidental or consequential damages, or failure to follow product instructions or warnings. We reserve the right at any time to revise, update and to alter product features, specifications, capabilities, functions, software, documentation and other characteristics without obligation to notify any individual or entity. If, during the warranty period, a product fails to operate under normal use and service, please contact us with details of the problem and we will advise you of the action to take. If you are requested to return a product, please include a copy of your original proof of purchase. Return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. Shipment of returned product to Maximas is the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, or its documentation. We do not offer refunds for any product. If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship following our inspection, we shall, at our option, repair or replace the defective product with the same or similar product on a best-effort basis.
